Setting Goals

This week, I want to try and set some goals for myself. I don't generally do that, but I think that it would be helpful to have the extra motivation this week.

  • Eat between 1,200 - 1,400 calories each day.
  • Limit myself to 2 cups of coffee per day.
  • Drink 10+ cups of water each day.
  • Strive to get in 2 miles on the exercise glider each weekday, in the shortest amount of time that I can manage.
  • Complete 100 Standing Rows with the "Perfect Pullup" within this week.
  • Complete one exercise video with Jillian Michaels.
