Wednesday's Food

Meal 1:
Oatmeal w/ 2 oz. Almond Breeze
& 8 g. walnuts
1 c. coffee

Meal 2:
80 g. Chicken breast
159 g. green beans

Meal 3:
1 oz. Beef Jerky
3 oz. tuna fish
30 g. light ranch dressing
2 Wasa fiber crisps

Meal 4:
2 c. Turkey chili
5 FF saltine crackers

Meal 5:
2 eggs
2 slices light bread
1 yogurt cup w/ 8 g. walnuts

Calories: 1,225
Fat: 30%
Carbs: 34%
Protein: 35%
Fiber: 20 g.

Hmmm... Sodium levels may be an issue. That's what I'm noticing is a LOT of salty items. Is that normal for you?

I don't know what you are using to track, but I use NutriMirror.com. And I tell ya, since then, I don't have the sodium issues I used to! You might want to sign up and plug your day into it just to SEE. You certainly don't have to stay there. But when you are wondering, it would be a good tool.

It's totally free, and no, I don't work for them... lol. I just love it!

My average sodium intake is 2,851 , which is a little bit on the high side. I think it's supposed to be about 2300 mg per day? FitDay says that I am about 12% over on my sodium.
